help me to be honest and vulnerable.
guide me to show my pain and joy,
and share my fears and love.
please help me,
to bring back memories of old and new,
to remember my thoughts, then and now,
to activate the feelings of past and present,
to be connected with all that’s been and is,
to do what i am sent here to do
with love as my guide.
