sometimes we hurt ourselves with the promises we give to ourselves or to others because we feel as if we need to fulfill them once we’ve given them.

for a very long long time, i felt that there’s no way to skip, stop or pause what’s already been set in motion. as if i wanted to prove something to myself or to others but over a long haul i have landed here — there’s no need to do any of that in order to be seen, to be heard and to be honored.

i consider changing course as deeply courageous act of self-love.

i am also a true believer that the things i am meant to experience should be natural, and come with greater ease. currently doing loveORfear.co is not quite that. even though i love-love writing, it’s still beyond me to build a business from scratch — yeah, it’s doable but it’s currently not for me, not for now — especially when life throws tons of other opportunities at my face that ask my undivided attention with each tiny-miny detail in divine play.

so today, i am here to say that this email is the last tuesday commitment you’ll get for a while.

i am taking time off.

i am not running away (something i have mastered over years). i am simply honoring how life plays its symphony, no matter if i like it or not.

and by time off I don’t mean that i’ll be sleeping in till noon or that i’ll be vegetating doing nothing or that i’ll be traveling to feed my culture bug. this downtime will be used for a complete dive into other things.

here’s what i’ll be doing:

  1. getting crystal lights boutique (currently it’s an outdated version), ready for it’s american launch to heal and bright up the world with the loving energies of crystals.
  2. finishing up wphttps, a heart-to-heart http to https migration for small businesses who need a quality and trustworthy service to secure their website with a valuepacked price to help bring conversions home.
  3. working at the yard — anything and everything while also picking and storing berries and fruits for cold winter nights. it’s become a refreshingly new experience, and i wish to take the maximum i can by taking care of my friends huge yard with treasures hidden everywhere.
  4. studying marketing, taking a course grow your audience which helps me to build businesses with values that kick ass, and i am confident that if loveORfear.co is meant to see the light of a day, it’ll benefit from this course in imaginable of ways.
  5. writing a book “love of fear: the journey into the unknown.” against all odds — no funding, voices in my head, and tiny blocks of time — i’ll still try to do my best to write, to create. someone has done it, so can i.
  6. gifting a website to my favorite artist Arnold K. Bakker to showcase his goldsmith work to those interested. one of his many talents is to give a new life to anyone’s old jewellery, and by far he’s my no. 1 example of a concept called “customer first approach”. people just don’t leave his studio with a piece of jewellery that went through a rebirth, but most importantly, they leave with unforgettable heartfelt service that almost always takes them back to Arnold.
  7. oh, and possibly getting a REAL job for a while. there are weddings to attend, people to visit, courses to attend and things to buy : )
  8. reading, reading, reading.
  9. loveORfear.co, writing in privacy when words pull me down. why? for me, creating in structure can do both — fuck me up or break me open — but for a while, and for now, i’ll enjoy my own words.

thanks for readying. for supporting. for being. for loving.

let’s allow redirections to help us shape our lives into what we came here to experience with love as our guide.

ps. my inbox is always open to your emails.

see ya whenever, whereever,
—elsa
